About The Position
Centurion is seeking a per diem (PRN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at Maryville Treatment Center in Maryville, Missouri. The LPN will provide comprehensive healthcare services to incarcerated patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections. The role involves providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice, responding to physical and behavioral health needs under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical/psychiatric staff.
Requirements
- Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
- Must be IV Certified
- Must be actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Nice To Haves
- Corrections experience not required
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients.
