The position operates on a pay-per-visit model with opportunities for bonuses and mileage reimbursement, aiming for average full-time earnings between $45,000 and $55,000+ annually. The company emphasizes flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance, with no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations. Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care plans
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
