About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification
• Able to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• One year experience
• Exposure to the senior population
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desire to serve and care for the senior population

Responsibilities

• Orders and dispenses medications according to physician’s orders
• Carries out admissions and readmissions
• Documents activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
• Directs and supervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned
