Requirements

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Must be available for at least 3-4 weeks for on-site training.
Must be available for at least 3-4 weeks for onsite training.
PRN staff required to work 2 shifts per month.
Full-Time, PRN positions available.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality care consistent with the scope of practice as outlined by the local state nurse practice act for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.

Provide monitoring of patients as directed by the HSA, DON, RN, or Medical Director or other practitioner.
