About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time outpatient LPN role supporting providers in an organized clinical environment. The position offers the opportunity to provide patient-centered care across all age groups with a stable weekday-only schedule, no weekends, and no call responsibilities. You will join a collaborative care team with a strong support staff structure in a mission-focused outpatient healthcare environment prioritizing quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license REQUIRED
• Ability to work with patients across all age groups REQUIRED
• Strong teamwork and communication skills REQUIRED
• Organized and patient-focused clinical approach REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Outpatient clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support providers within outpatient clinical setting
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care for patients across the lifespan
• Assist with clinical workflows and patient coordination
• Maintain organized documentation and clinical support functions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary outpatient care team
