Requirements
- Active South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A positive, professional attitude and passion for senior care
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer and supervise medications accurately and on time
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team
- Document care and physician orders in the EHR
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to Med Techs and Nursing Assistants
- Respond to emergencies and support resident-centered care
