About The Position

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents and supervising the daily nursing activities performed by CNAs. The position is part-time and per diem.

Requirements

• High school Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid NJ LPN License required
• CPR Certified

Nice To Haves

• 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
• Provide medications and treatment to residents.
• Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
• Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
• Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
