About The Position
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Russellville, AL to find a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their growing outpatient clinic team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, support physicians and clinical staff, and help create a positive experience for every patient in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong communication, collaboration, clinical judgment & critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital setting
Nice To Haves
- Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting
- Administer medications and injections
- Assist with patient assessments and routine procedures
- Monitor vital signs and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans
