Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
About The Position
Agape Care Group is seeking hospice Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. Under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse, the LPN conducts patient visits, provides routine care, and communicates with the care team, patients, and their families. Requirements
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current state license as a licensed practical nurse.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, or equivalent experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move intermittently.
- Ability to lift at least 80–100 pounds and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
