About The Position

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, and contributing to our mission to reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others. Requirements

• Must possess a current license as an LPN in the state of Maryland
• 6-12 months of previous clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Utilize strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients' physical and emotional needs
• Foster a positive, supportive environment, promoting a sense of community among residents, families, and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually enhance our services and outcomes
