About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric and adult care to join their Skilled Nursing team. The role involves providing high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to clients and their families. This position offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients, building relationships and witnessing their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
- CPR certified
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-on-one
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Perform skills with autonomy in the home
