Requirements

  • Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical/Surgical office experience preferred
  • Specialization and/or specific work experience may be required

Responsibilities

  • Covers multiple Urgent Care sites in the Fairfield region, bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities.
  • Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, or Provider, the LPN provides quality and cost-effective direct care for patients/families within Urgent Care.
  • Collaborates with members of health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care.
  • Participates in direct patient care in order to meet individual and family health goals by obtaining, documenting and reporting patient data related to established plan of care.
  • Performs therapeutic measures, under the direction of an RN or Provider, to assist in achieving established patient care outcomes.
