Requirements
- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and safety standards

Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Monitor patient health status and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support patient hygiene, comfort, and safety
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities
