About The Position

Bristol Glen is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the evening shift. You'll provide direct nursing care to residents, on a team recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
• Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
• Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
• Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
• Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being
