Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Passion for providing exceptional Resident-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to Willow Valley Communities' culture of excellence and compassion
Responsibilities
- Leading and coordinating nursing care on your assigned shift
- Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards
- Monitoring Resident health and responding appropriately to changes in condition
- Assisting with the development and updating of Resident Care Plans
- Responding to emergency and life-saving situations following established protocols
- Collecting and processing specimens for testing
- Supporting Residents with activities of daily living as needed
- Monitoring nutrition, hydration, and meal-time experiences
- Responding promptly and compassionately to Resident needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
