How you’ll contribute:
As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on, patient-centered care under RN supervision—supporting treatments, assessments, and individualized care plans that help patients move toward healing and stability.

Requirements

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• CPR/BLS certification required
• IV Certification highly preferred or must be obtained within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate bedside care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications accurately while following safety protocols.
• Support assessments, reassessments, and care plan updates based on patient needs.
• Use effective pain management, patient education, and rehabilitation interventions.
• Promote patient safety through timely documentation and quality-focused care.
