Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Type: Full Time Nights, 3x12, Rotating Weekends $10,000 Sign On Bonus! The Clinical Experience: You won’t just be passing meds; you will be a core pillar of a highly specialized recovery team. Working closely alongside PT, OT, and Speech Therapy, you will manage complex, high-acuity cases—including stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and spinal cord injuries. What You can Expect: 3x12 Night Shifts: Enjoy the autonomy of the night shift and get 4 full days off every week to enjoy Madison's lakes and trails. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
  • Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR/BCLS certification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS preferred.
  • Minimum six months’ Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-acuity cases—including stroke recovery, traumatic brain injuries (TBI), and spinal cord injuries.
  • Pass medications.
  • Manage complex IVs, lab draws, and blood administration.
