Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Home Health Nurse
About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the home setting for infants, children, and/or adolescents. The role focuses on the medical needs and treatment according to the active plan of care, including ongoing patient care and assessments, administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and coordination of care. Nurses will also educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for the patient.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN/LVN license
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the home setting.
- Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
- Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
- Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Coordination of care.
- Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
- Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
