You'll provide hands-on nursing care for older adults in Georgetown, Ohio, supporting medication administration, vital signs, documentation, family education, and interdisciplinary care planning in a long-term care environment. You'll apply your LPN skills to provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and support individualized care plans while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
