About The Position
Wood Violet Recovery is hiring a Part-Time LPN to support clients in detox, stabilization, and early recovery. This role offers a steady workflow, supportive leadership, and the opportunity for meaningful client connection. The position involves overnight shifts, working 12-hour shifts over 2 days per week on a rotating schedule.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin LPN license
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and be team-oriented
- Overnight availability

Responsibilities
- Nursing intake assessments
- Support detox protocols & monitor withdrawal symptoms
- Daily nurse visits
- Administer meds, vaccines, and treatments
- Process & communicate lab results
- Respond to medical concerns
- HIPAA compliant documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, providers & clinical staff
- Facilitate hospital transfers & nurse-to-nurse reports
- Maintain medical supplies
