About The Position
Touchmark at Harwood Groves is Fargo's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)! This is a Full-Time Opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays. As an LPN/RN with Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents in our Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members!
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills
- Commitment to confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents in Memory Care Communities receive the highest level of dignity and care.
- Take the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
- Design and implement care plans for each resident.
- Oversee the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions.
- Support the care team on the floors.
