About The Position
Traditions of Chillicothe, a 5-star rated skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care community in Chillicothe, OH, is seeking LPNs and RNs to join their team. As part of National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services, the community aims to advance better living and care for seniors. The role involves supervising and providing nursing care, managing nursing assistants, communicating effectively, and documenting resident information accurately and confidentially, all while adhering to facility policies, Resident Rights, and Safety & Compliance procedures.
Requirements
- An Ohio Nursing Licensure in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 1-2 years nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise, provide and direct nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assign nursing assistants and ensure the efficient completion of their assignments.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Document resident information timely, accurately and confidentially.
- Adhere to the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Rights documentation.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined under the Safety & Compliance policies and procedures.
