About The Position

Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for their Med-Surg department. This full-time night position involves providing compassionate care to patients, assessing their needs, administering treatments, and ensuring their comfort and safety. Requirements

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
• Critical thinking skills
• Decisive judgement
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
• Active Arkansas or compact state LPN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
• Associate's Degree required
