About The Position

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a clinical support role responsible for delivering safe, reliable, and patient-centered care through Tia’s standardized workflows. You will support both clinical and front-office needs, including patient intake, vital signs, room preparation, procedure support, documentation, and clinic flow. This role is intended for LPNs with at least one year of hands-on nursing experience who are comfortable supporting day-to-day clinic operations and building proficiency in Tia’s workflows. You will report to the Clinic Manager for operational responsibilities and perform nursing duties under the clinical supervision of a registered nurse or licensed physician, in collaboration with Tia’s in-clinic providers.
