Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Active BLS Certification.
- Clear background screening via the Florida AHCA Clearinghouse.
- Strong clinical judgment, reliability, and basic computer/digital charting skills.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Florida IV Therapy Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive 1-on-1 skilled nursing care and daily monitoring based on individualized client care plans.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide skilled clinical interventions within the Florida LPN scope of practice.
- Assist clients and families with health education, routine nursing support, and compassionate guidance.
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation according to agency policy.
- Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, interdisciplinary teams, and local management regarding changes in client condition.
