About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one home health care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, with various shifts available including days, evenings, and overnights in 8, 10, or 12-hour increments. BAYADA emphasizes a supportive culture and provides comprehensive training and clinical support to its nurses. The company is celebrating 50 years of providing compassionate, excellent, and reliable home health care.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Trach/Vent patients.
- Experience with pediatric clients.
- Experience with adult clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to pediatric and adult clients.
- Deliver care in clients' homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Adhere to all state/local mandates as a licensed home health care provider.
- Utilize electronic charting via Statewise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the BAYADA team.
