About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring LPNs/LVNs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the benefit of one-on-one patient relationships and the satisfaction of enhancing clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, accommodating personal pursuits such as school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
- Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current TB test.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as an LPN/LVN in an acute care setting or equivalent.
- New nurse graduates encouraged to apply (paid mentorship provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in providing in-home healthcare services.
