About The Position
Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality, patient-centered care in a home setting. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships with patients while working with a supportive clinical team. This position offers flexible scheduling, consistent weekly pay with direct deposit, team support under experienced RNs and clinical leadership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' daily lives.
Requirements
- Active Nevada LPN license
- Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Nice To Haves
- Previous home health or clinical experience preferred
- TB testing support available
Responsibilities
- Perform skilled nursing tasks such as wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
- Implement care plans developed by RNs and report patient status updates.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Report changes in patient condition to supervising RN or physician.
- Assist patients with basic health and safety needs as appropriate.
