About The Position
Bridgeway Home Health provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in Georgia. We are growing in Dekalb / Ellenwood Counties and are looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse PRN to our clinical home-health field team. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse educational program
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, collaboration, multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Strong initiative, follow through, process orientation, attention-to-detail
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
Responsibilities
- Administering skilled nursing care to patients in their place of residence as prescribed and in accordance with the established plan of care.
- Conducting one-on-one patient care and family teaching in the home setting.
- Timely documentation and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
