Under the direction of the unit director, charge nurse and registered nurse, the LPN is responsible for the care and safety of the patient.
Requirements
- Completion and Proof of 30 hour Florida State Approved IV
- Florida Practical Nurse License (LPN)
- Basic Life Skills certification (BLS)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
