About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who have a passion for infant care to join our Monmouth County Skilled Insurance team. We currently have opportunities caring for infant clients (birth to 1 year old) in the Asbury Park, Holmdel, Howell, and Morganville areas. We have additional opportunities caring for toddlers in the Red Bank and West Long Branch areas.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing
- CPR certified
Responsibilities
- Caring for patients one-on-one
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
