About The Position
The main purpose of this position is to function on the intermediate level of Practical Nursing as a first line staff responsible for providing direct care to patients under general supervision of a Registered Nurse Supervisor. This position supports the mission of the organization through active participation in clinical efforts to provide treatment in a recovery-oriented environment. The foundation of a recovery-oriented environment is respect and a commitment to safety in the least restrictive manner possible.
Requirements
- Current license as a Practical Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing.
- Possess a motor vehicle operator's license valid in the State of Maryland (if assigned duties requiring vehicle operation).
- Successfully complete and maintain current certification of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training (may be required).
