About The Position
Baystate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Home Health team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes, moving beyond traditional hospital settings. Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination (NCLEX-PN).
- Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an LPN.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
- Valid driver's license.
- GED or HiSET (Required).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes.
- Manage flexible nurse schedules with limited weekends.
