About The Position

Baystate Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their Home Health team. Requirements

Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination (NCLEX-PN).
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an LPN.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Valid driver's license.
GED or HiSET (Required).

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 patient care in patients' homes.
Adapt to flexible nurse schedules.
Participate in rotating holidays.
Travel to patient locations within Western Massachusetts.
