About The Position

Billet Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team serving geriatric patients throughout the West Valley. Our clinicians provide personalized in-home care during a 9-week episode while working closely with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient outcomes and continuity of care. At Billet Health, we believe flexibility matters. Our nurses have the freedom to create schedules that fit their lifestyles and availability. As patients are admitted to service, our staffing team will coordinate available visits based on your preferred caseload and coverage area. Whether you prefer a lighter schedule or a full patient caseload, we work with you to build a schedule that meets your goals. Nurses coordinate directly with patients to arrange visit times that work best for both parties. Most visits range from 45–60 minutes. Billet Health is Joint Commission certified and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. Requirements

• Active LPN License in the state of practice
• Valid Driver License
• Current Auto Insurance
• AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona applicants only)
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Physical/Medical Clearance (Nevada applicants only)
• Current TB Test (Skin test within 1 year or chest x-ray within 5 years)

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized in-home care during a 9-week episode.
• Work closely with RN Case Managers and the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Coordinate directly with patients to arrange visit times.
• Provide care in patients’ homes or residential facilities.
