Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care or comparable clinical setting
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes as needed
- Commitment to providing safe, high-quality patient care
