Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Ability to provide care for clients with advanced needs including tracheostomy and ventilator management.
- Proficiency in electronic charting using Statewise.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one on one care to clients.
- Perform charting using Statewise.
- Provide care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
