At Good Shepherd Community Clinic, we believe care is more than a single visit. We exist so that the working poor and others who lack access to healthcare can receive quality care and better health outcomes. Our vision is simple and bold: to show the world what care should feel like. At GSCC, care is not rushed, fragmented, or transactional. It is built on Connection and Ownership. That means we work as a team, follow through on what patients need, and take responsibility for outcomes that extend far beyond the exam room. The LPN Operations role is about making care work. This role ensures that the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly so patients receive reliable, coordinated, and continuous care. The LPN Ops keeps the care team aligned, prepared, and supported so providers and RN Care Managers can focus on clinical decision-making and care coordination. This is not a task-based floor role. It is an operational leadership role within the care team. When this role is done well, patients experience consistency, care teams experience clarity, and problems are solved before they disrupt care. For patients, this role ensures care feels reliable, organized, and respectful of their time and safety. For care teams, it creates clarity, consistency, and shared ownership of patient panels. For the organization, it supports continuity of care and strengthens long-term patient relationships across sites.
