About The Position

The selected candidate (LPN) will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day operations, training new team members, and ensuring compliance within our network of home health aides and clients in the area. The candidate will also conduct home visits on a regular basis and create detailed care plans. Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations
  • Training new team members

  • Creating detailed care plans
  • Nurturing the development of our team members through comprehensive training programs
  • In-home supervisory assessments
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal standards

  • Employ caregiver and client compliance best practices
  • Provide supervisory care plans to clients and caregivers
  • Train Caregivers on a needs basis
