About The Position

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Gravette, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Gravette Clinic. Our Mission: Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
  • Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
  • Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
