Licensed Practical Nurse - Clinic
About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct participant care, supports providers during examinations and procedures, and assists with care coordination in a clinic setting. This role ensures efficient patient flow, delivers high-quality nursing care within scope of practice, and supports clinical operations to promote positive participant outcomes. PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- 1-2 years’ experience as an LPN required.
- CPR certification maintained throughout employment.
- Strong clinical assessment and observational skills.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and participant confidentiality.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an LPN in a clinic, outpatient, or hospital setting preferred.
