About The Position

Regions Hospital is looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their CV Surgery/Cardiology team. The practical nurse is responsible and accountable for the delivery of nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. The nurse is responsible for collaborating with other healthcare team members (i.e., MD, PA, NP, RN, cardiology technician, ambulatory care coordinators) to implement the patient’s plan of care. The LPN will participate in department Quality Improvement Programs and perform other duties as assigned. Our Nursing staff are key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. Requirements

Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the State of Minnesota.
Completion of an accredited training program for practical nursing.
BCLS for healthcare providers required through AHA.
Minimum of six months experience as a practical nurse in a clinic setting.

Nice To Haves

Cardiology experience.
