About The Position

Clearwater Systems is a family-owned water treatment company with nearly 80 years of experience delivering high-quality water solutions. This role is for a licensed plumber (PL-03, PL-03A or PL-04) who is looking for more than just service calls. As the Designated Plumber, you will lead from the front, working with top water treatment equipment, mentoring technicians, and ensuring quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Licensed plumber (PL-03, PL-03A or PL-04)
• Ability to mentor up-and-coming technicians
• Ensure quality and compliance with plumbing codes

Responsibilities

• Install and service industry-leading water treatment equipment.
• Provide exceptional service experiences to every customer.
• Guide and oversee trainee technicians, ensuring work meets plumbing codes and Clearwater's high standards.
• Represent Clearwater Systems as a leader in professionalism and expertise.
