About The Position
Stellar Home Maintenance is seeking skilled Licensed Plumbers to join their team. This is a 1099 contractor position where plumbers will be assigned work orders through the company's app. The work primarily involves servicing single-family rental homes and properties managed by property managers. No selling is required, and plumbers are paid based on the scope of work for each work order.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Own truck and tools
- Registered with State Licensing Board (if applicable)
- 3+ years Plumbing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders for plumbing services.
- Utilize the company's app for assigning and completing work orders.
- Service single-family rental homes and properties managed by property managers.
