About The Position

Efficient Systems is seeking a self-motivated and positive individual to join their growing plumbing team as a Licensed Plumber. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems for residential and small commercial customers. The position requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to safety protocols, and accurate record-keeping. Licensed Plumbers are compensated on a commission basis with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

3-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred
Journeyman Licensed Required
Current plumbing certification as required by state
Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to commute/relocate to Beaumont, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed
Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures
Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company
