About The Position

Masters Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking a licensed and experienced Journeyman Plumber to service our ever-growing residential and commercial customer base in Indianapolis. This role offers consistent, year-around work. The ideal candidate must be proficient in repairing all types of plumbing fixtures and equipment. Responsibilities include testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and components, and recognizing and adhering to all applicable Indiana plumbing codes.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
• Strong plumbing background with valid Indiana Plumbing License
• 3+ years of residential and/or commercial service experience
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow
• Good driving record
• Must be able to pass a medical screening
• Must have a clean criminal background check
• Indiana Plumbing License (Required)
• Driver's License (Required) with acceptable driving record
• Plumbing: 4 years (Required)
