About The Position

At our fast-paced, supportive clinic in Issaquah, WA, we prioritize both patient care and clinician balance. You’ll enjoy 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients - no nights or weekends required. We offer mentorship for new grads, excellent benefits, and ample paid time off. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre- and post-operative rehab.

Requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant License
Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented when handling high workloads or urgent situations
Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy
Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program
Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards
