About The Position

At Proliance Surgeons, we are looking for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our supportive clinic in Issaquah, WA. We prioritize both patient care and clinician balance, offering 40-minute, one-on-one sessions with patients, no double-booking, and no nights or weekends required. We utilize PT aides for support and offer mentorship for new graduates. Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with orthopedic surgeons on pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. Requirements

Physical Therapy Assistant License
Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented
Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)
