Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Eagerness to grow & learn
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding orthopedic and sports medicine care.
- Collaborate with a supportive team.
- Grow clinically.
- Leverage best practices developed through Ivy Rehab's partnership with HSS.
- Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military.
- Advance on the Clinical Career Ladder through clinical accomplishments.
- Participate in the internal travel program.
- Potentially open your own clinic(s) with equity.
- Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs, including two partnered with HSS.
- Provide continuous improvement of patient outcomes, patient access, and utilize technology to support teammates and patients' needs.
- Offer complementary therapy services at any of our clinics for Ivy teammates & their dependents.
