Ivy Rehab is actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists for full-time outpatient orthopedic roles across four convenient Central Virginia locations: Louisa, Palmyra, Scottsville, and Zion Crossroads. These positions offer real mentorship, schedule flexibility, and a strong team culture. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending PT licensure in the respective state
- Someone who loves patient care and values strong outcomes
- A lifelong learner always looking to grow
Responsibilities
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
- Track and celebrate progress
- Serve as a coach, educator, and motivator
